2. Scale and gut the yellow croaker, rinse it with clear water, and drain the water for later use.
3. Slice ginger and garlic separately, add cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, black pepper, pepper powder and Chili powder, and stir evenly to make marinade.
4. Spread the marinade evenly on the inside and outside of the fish, then put the fish and marinade together in a fresh-keeping bag, seal and marinate for several hours.
5. Spread a layer of tin foil under the plate, brush a thin layer of salad oil, then put the pickled fish on it, bake it directly in the microwave for ten minutes, take it out and turn it upside down for ten minutes.
