Prepare weekly:
Boxed fresh milk or milk powder, a piece of washed ginger, a box of eggs, a pack of instant oatmeal and a pack of raisins.
Cooking method of fresh milk:
Pour a cup of milk into the pot and add:
Two slices of ginger, half a cup of instant cereal and a handful of raisins.
Bring the fire to a boil, add the eggs and stir for one minute.
Cooking method of milk powder:
Add a glass of water, two slices of ginger, half a cup of instant cereal and a handful of raisins to the pot and bring to a boil.
Add the egg mixture and milk powder and stir. If you want to eat hard eggs, don't stir them, just cook them until they are yellow.
If there is a microwave oven, put all the above materials into a large bowl (the yolk of the egg should be beaten evenly, otherwise it will explode), and cover it. It takes 1 minute and a half to two minutes.
Because milk is cold, adding ginger can warm the stomach. Don't add ginger unless you are always angry and have a bad temper.
