4 tablespoons of apple vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of chicken essence, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, half a teaspoon of salt and boiled water.
2. Put the ice cubes in cold boiled water, then add white vinegar, white sugar, chicken essence, soy sauce, salt, tomato slices, cucumber strips and noodles, and put them in the refrigerator for later use.
3. Next, soak the dry cold noodles in clear water for 2 hours, and knead them by hand to make them completely dispersed.
Make sure to soak it before cooking, otherwise the noodles will be like rubber bands, which are particularly difficult to cook thoroughly.
4. Boil the water, put it into the cold noodles, stir with chopsticks from time to time to prevent sticking, and cook for about 1 min until it becomes soft and hard, and then take it out.
Note: you must watch it, or it will be a disaster.
5. After the cooked cold noodles are fished out, immediately put them into the prepared ice water and rinse them continuously for 3-4 times.
Drain the water and put it in a bowl.
6. Pour in the chilled sweet and sour cold noodle juice and sprinkle with sesame, coriander and ham. Finally, add vegetables, meat and kimchi according to your own taste (this one has no kimchi).
