To make grape juice at home, you can prepare one kilogram of grapes, one kilogram of water, and one hundred grams of rock sugar.
Specific steps for making grape juice
1. Make the prepared grapes into grape pellets, then wash and control the water for later use.
2. Put the water into the pot, then put the prepared rock sugar into the pot, and heat it over high heat until it boils.
3. Take a clean steamer, put the washed grapes on the steamer, spread it out, and then put the steamer in the water in the pot.
4. Put it in place and heat it. After boiling, turn to medium-low heat and heat slowly for fifteen minutes. Then it can be steamed.
5. After the pot is opened, use a spoon to press the grape seeds. All the pulp in the grapes will enter the pot and mix with the grape juice in the pot.
6. Take out the prepared grape juice and put it into the cup. After cooling, store in the refrigerator for a few hours before taking it out. Homemade grape juice is available for drinking. If you don’t want grainy pulp, you can also filter the juice through a strainer before drinking. It will taste better.
