Bread crumbs are made by peeling, slicing, and drying toast at a constant temperature, and then evenly crushing it. It is generally used for deep-fried and deep-fried foods. Things to note when buying bread crumbs.
1. Look at the tags. Formal prepackaged products must be marked with product name, ingredients, net content, production date, shelf life, storage conditions, manufacturer, address and contact information, product standard number and production license number, nutritional composition table, etc. If any one of them is missing, it means for substandard products. Pay attention to the production date of the product and try to buy products with a newer production date.
2. Look at the packaging. The packaging of high-quality pre-packaged products should be tightly sealed without leakage, free of dirt, beautiful, and easy to open.
3. Look at the appearance. High-quality bread crumbs have uniform particles, less powder, normal and natural color, and no mold or deterioration.
4. Smell. High-quality bread crumbs have only a faint aroma of bread, not a strong smell, and no other peculiar smell.
