Exercise:
1.? Cut chicken breast into pieces, add cooking wine, soy sauce salt, black pepper, ginger and corn starch, marinate for 20 minutes, add an egg yolk and fish well.
2.? Prepare pepper powder and sugar, shred dried pepper, soak in warm water for five minutes, and filter out pepper seeds.
3.? Pour oil in a hot pan, fry the chicken breast until golden brown at 70% heat, and then fry it at a higher oil temperature.
4.? Leave a little oil in the pan, add pepper and garlic and stir fry. Pour in the chicken breast and stir-fry with soy sauce.
5.? Pour in the prepared chillies, chilli powder and sugar, stir fry, and sprinkle with chopped green onion before taking out.
