Practice steps:
Step 1: peel the lemon, cut half a lemon peel, then cut it and put it in the pot;
Step 2: ginger 1~2 tablets.
Step 3: Then add star anise, cinnamon, cardamom, clove and brown sugar;
Step 4: Cook all the ingredients with the wine, and stir it a little while cooking. The temperature should be set at 90℃, not too high. Turn off the fire when the wine bubbles.
Step 5: Cut one or two oranges and put them in the wine container, then pour the cooked red wine into the wine container, and you can enjoy it slowly.
