Materials
Main ingredient: 350g of grass carp, 180g of rice;
Accessories: oil, salt, soy sauce, two slices of ginger, a few drops of rice wine, a small amount of cornstarch, one green onion

Prepare the ingredients.

Rice is washed and boiled in a pot.

Pick out the bones of the carp, cut the fish into thin slices, add salt, soy sauce, peanut oil, rice wine, ginger, cornstarch and mix well to marinate for 5 minutes.

When the congee is thickened, add the fish bones and slices of fish.

Bring to a boil again and continue to cook for a few seconds, season to taste and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips
1. Pick out the fish bones can be added to the pot in advance of the flavor, but be careful of fish spines.
