First, the importance of weight control during pregnancy
Weight control during pregnancy has many benefits, just to name a few: 1. Avoid postpartum obesity. 2. Help the production run smoothly and reduce the injuries caused by production. 3. Being overweight during pregnancy may lead to a high probability of medical diseases. Ex: cardiovascular and renal diseases. 4. Weight gain is too fast, which is easy to cause gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension and epilepsy. 5. Maternal body fat is too thick, which will affect the healing speed of postpartum wounds.
If you don't want to lose weight after childbirth, it is really important to control your weight during pregnancy!

But all this weight gain,
The weight of fetus, placenta and amniotic fluid is about 4~5 kg, and the weight of uterus, placenta and blood is about 3~4 kg.
It means excess weight, which is the fat on mom's body.
Therefore, I hope my weight gain will be controlled within nine kilograms.
Regarding the ideal weight gain during pregnancy, I follow the advice of the book Thin Pregnancy.
The weight in the first trimester (1~3 months) is flat, because the weight gain at this time is the fat mother.
In the second trimester of pregnancy (4~8 months), the weight gain per month is less than 1 kg.
In the third trimester of pregnancy (8~ 10 month), it will increase by 1.5 kg every month.
Third, the principle of weight control during pregnancy
(A) a balanced diet of three meals is very important:
Elders often say: one person eats, two people make up,
But this supplement refers to nutrition, so don't let yourself eat too much junk food and get fat because of this sentence.
I mainly refer to the advice of the book thin pregnancy in the part of eating.
Starch, protein and fiber should be taken in three meals, and you should not skip starchy food because you are afraid of being fat.
Starch: I eat 1 bowl for breakfast, and about 1/2 bowls for lunch and dinner.
Protein: Eat 1/2 bowls of meat every meal, and choose to eat high-quality protein (for example, sugar-free soybean milk, meat cooked for less than 15 minutes).
The choice of meat is sheep >: Pig >; Chicken >; Fish >; Seafood is better.
Fibrous: Eat about a bowl of hot vegetables for breakfast and lunch 1/2 bowls of vegetables for dinner.
Try to finish the fruit before four o'clock in the afternoon, and the sugar content of the fruit should not be underestimated.
And eating too many vegetables and fruits may also cause edema.
Therefore, I will eat half a fruit for breakfast and half a fruit for lunch (for example, 6 small tomatoes or 1/2 apples).
(2) Less sugar, less oil and less salt, and no burden on health;
This is actually known to pregnant moms.
Less oil and salt can also reduce edema during pregnancy, and less sugar can effectively control weight.
Especially after 30 weeks of pregnancy, eating too many sweets may make the weight start to soar and the fetus may grow too fast.
But it doesn't mean that three meals should be light and tasteless.
For example, when scalding vegetables, use chicken soup to scald vegetables, and sprinkle a little salt to taste delicious.
The beverage part can be replaced by sugar-free soybean milk and low-fat milk.
Occasionally, Momo's mother will still eat sweets, ice and spicy pot to satisfy her cravings ... but the frequency is really not much.
(3) Weighing regularly every day:
Pregnant moms who are not doing weight records at ordinary times should remember to weigh themselves on an empty stomach in the morning.
It is best to measure it every day (but it is not necessary to measure it every three meals, which will only increase the pressure). If you are lazy, remember to measure it every 2 to 3 days.
I won't suddenly lose my weight.
