Raw materials:
Tender bamboo shoots, shredded onion, olive oil (or peanut oil), salt, monosodium glutamate water and pepper.
Exercise:
1. Peel the bamboo shoots, wash them and cut them into 6 cm long strips.
2. add water to the pot. After the water boils, add bamboo shoots. Turn off the fire after it boils. Immediately put it into a container filled with cold water, take it out and put it on a plate, sprinkle a little salt, monosodium glutamate and water for pickling, and add shredded onion for later use.
3. Heat the oil to about 80 degrees in a hot pot, add a proper amount of pepper particles, stir-fry until the pepper turns black, turn off the fire, remove the pepper particles, and pour the oil on the placed bamboo shoots.
Second, Sun Pu chicken porridge
(1) Wash and chop the chicken breast and fat meat, and pat evenly with the back of a knife.
(2) Wash the bamboo shoots with clear water and cut them into cubes.
(3) Adding rice flour into the minced chicken, diluting with chicken soup, filtering with gauze to remove residues, adding egg white, refined salt, onion ginger juice, cooking wine and wet starch, and stirring into a thin paste.
(4) ignite the pot, put it in an oil pan, add chicken soup to boil, then slowly pour the chicken porridge paste, stir it with a spoon until it thickens, then add diced bamboo shoots, mushrooms, salt and monosodium glutamate, continue stirring, pour a little oil, put it in a soup bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
This dish is light and refreshing, with a zinc content of about 7 or 86 mg. The mineral content of lettuce is five times higher than that of other vegetables, which has a good effect on indigestion and anorexia caused by zinc deficiency in children.
Third, Sun Pu porridge.
Material: 50g of white rice, bamboo shoots 10g.
Practice: add water to boiled rice porridge, add bamboo shoots when cooked, and cook until porridge is cooked.

Stewing black-bone chicken with kidney-tonifying and blood-nourishing can achieve the purpose of invigorating qi and nourishing lung, kidney and blood.
