Preparation materials: 500g pork liver, 30g salt, 25g white sugar, 30ml high-strength liquor.
1. First wash and cut the prepared pork liver.
2. Blanch it in boiling water, take it out, add an appropriate amount of salt and mix it with your hands.
3. Seal with plastic wrap and place in a ventilated place for 15 hours.
4. After 15 hours, add sugar, continue to mix well and let it sit for 15 hours.
5. When the time is up, control the water, pour in the prepared white wine, and marinate overnight.
6. Then use ropes to string the pork liver and hang it to dry for 6 days.
Take it out after 7 or 6 days and store it in the refrigerator, and it's done.
