Foreword
Mushrooms are usually fried and eaten, but if you eat too much, you will not be creative!
I bought a new microwave oven, so I played around with it a bit, and I didn’t expect that the mushrooms I made were delicious!
Haha, cumin is added, it tastes like a barbecue stall outside!
Materials
Main ingredients: 250g fresh mushrooms;
Accessories: appropriate amount of cumin powder, appropriate amount of chili powder, appropriate amount of barbecue sauce
Cumin roasted mushrooms
1
Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems and set aside;
2
Cut the mushrooms in half and spread them evenly Sprinkle a little salt on the tin foil;
3
Put it into the microwave and use the grill function to bake for about 4 minutes and then take it out.
4
Brush with a little barbecue sauce, sprinkle with cumin powder and chili powder and bake for about 4 minutes before taking it out and eating!
Tips
Mushrooms will release water when roasted, so it is best to fold the four corners of the tin foil to prevent water from flowing into the microwave and making it difficult to clean~
