You can use an air fryer as follows:
Materials used: 2 eggs; egg tart crusts (7 large); 100ml milk; 4 cubes of sugar; 1 tbsp olive oil.
1, mix 125g light cream and 90g milk, then add powdered sugar.
2. Add beaten egg yolks, 10g condensed milk and 10g custard powder.
3. Put the tart liquid through a sieve, take out the tart crust, no need to thaw, pour the tart liquid into the tart crust, 8 minutes full. About 5cm caliber tart can do about ten.
4, air fryer 205 degrees preheating 3-5 minutes, put the tart in the baking 15 minutes.
