Instead of using egg whites or Italian cheese, you can make a zero-fail yet delicious tiramisu using regular ingredients. Here's how to make Tiramisu without egg whites.
Ingredients
1 ready-made sponge cake, cocoa powder, 250g creamcheese, 200ml whipped cream, 2 egg yolks, 4 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp cornflour, 300cc warm milk (80°C), 1/4 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsp coffee powder, 2 tbsp white granulated sugar, 1 tbsp milk (80°C), 2 tbsp milk (80°C), 2 tbsp coffee powder, 2 tbsp milk (80°C), 2 tbsp milk (80°C), 2 tbsp coffee powder, 2 tbsp milk (80°C), 2 tbsp milk (80°C), 2 tbsp coffee powder, 2 tbsp milk (80°C). 2 tbsp coffee powder, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp rum, 4 tbsp 80 degree c hot water
Directions
1Make the coffee syrup by mixing hot water into the instant coffee powder and then add sugar and wine and mix well.
2 make [cheese dough]: add the egg yolks to the cornstarch and mix well, then add sugar, vanilla and hot milk and mix well, then filter through a mesh sieve to ensure that there are no lumps of powder, put on the induction cooker on low heat while stirring until sticky.
5Make the Cheese Dough: Whip the whipped cream until it looks rippled, then pour it into step 4 and mix well.
6To finish the [cheese dough]!
7Combination: Cut the sponge cake into 0.5mm slices
8Combination: Spread a layer of sponge cake to the bottom of the mold (you can remove the sides of the cake if you want to get a better texture)
9Combination: Spread a layer of coffee syrup on top of the sponge cake
10 Combination: pour a layer of [cheese dough]. Repeat with the sponge cake - > spread with coffee syrup - > pour on the cheese dough
11 Combination: Chill the semi-finished product filled with cheese dough in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours or overnight. Before serving, take out and sprinkle the top layer with cocoa powder.
