Production: Wash the fish roe, add flour and fry it in an oil pan for later use. Add onion, green garlic, onion, ginger, garlic and bamboo shoots to stir fry, and add a spoonful of oil. Add another bowl of water (just add the raw materials), add pepper, aniseed, pepper and salt, add the fried fish roe, simmer for 10 minute, and take out the pot.
