Ingredients
200 grams of lentils, 200 grams of fresh noodles, 1 section of green onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce (45ml), 1/2 teaspoon of salt (3g), appropriate amount of water ;
Method
1) Wash the lentils first, remove the tendons at both ends, and break them into sections of about 5 cm;
2) Cut the green onions into pieces Slices, break up the garlic with a knife, and then cut into pieces;
3) Add base oil to the wok, heat it over medium heat until 70% hot, add the green onion slices and stir-fry until fragrant;
4) Pour in the lentils, stir-fry for 2 minutes, then pour in water, just enough to cover the lentils;
5) Add soy sauce, mix well, cover and simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes;
6) After the water boils, pour out the soup from the pot and set aside;
7) Change to low heat, put 1/2 amount of noodles on the lentils, and pour Apply a layer of cooking oil, then add the other half of the noodles;
8) Pour in the soup (add the soup in 2 or 3 times), cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes;
9) After the soup has dried up, sprinkle with minced garlic, stir gently with chopsticks, and finally add an appropriate amount of salt.
