Grape porridge
Recipe: 30 grams of fresh grapes, 50 grams of round-grained rice.

Shouwu porridge
Recipe: 25 grams of powdered Shouwu, 50 grams of round-grained rice, sugar.

Recipe: 15 grams of poria powder, 30 grams of stalked rice.

Japanese Coix Seed and Japonica Rice Porridge

Tu Poria Bone Soup
Recipe: Tu Poria 50 grams, 500 grams of pork backbone.
Method: pork spine simmering soup with water, fried into 1000 ml or so, take out the pork bone, skim the floating oil on the soup. Poria is sliced, wrapped in gauze, and put into the pork bone soup, boiled to about 600 milliliters can be.

Steamed Eggplant
