Learn the basic skills of basketball again. The basic skills are dribbling, three-step layup and shooting.
1, dribbling is to bounce the ball off the ground with one hand or both hands alternately, which is called dribbling. Open your legs naturally, bend your knees, lean forward, look forward with your eyes, and bend your left arm horizontally to lift the ball. The range of motion of the foot and the flexion of the lower limb joints change with the speed and height of dribbling.
2. During the layup, the dribbler is allowed to attack the basket within two steps after receiving the ball, so it is also called a three-step layup. The rule of three-step layup is "passing or shooting, the player can jump up the center foot and land on one foot." But after one foot is lifted, neither foot can fall back to the ground until the ball is released.
3. Shooting is a way for players to throw the ball into the opponent's basket by using various special and reasonable actions. The shooter's fingers and forefinger are on the shooting line. The shooter catches the ball with one hand and the weak hand assists the ball. You can shoot immediately after receiving the ball. Holding the ball by pressing the bowl can make the arm stretch more smoothly, and not pressing the bowl will make the shooting appear stiff and slow.
The above is the basic basketball skills. After mastering these technologies, we should use them comprehensively. And use it flexibly in the competition.
The next step is to learn basketball skills and tactics. This is more complicated, and I can't finish it here. For example, a small, fast and clever quick hit that suits our Asian figure (that is, the past life of running explosion); Three-two defense, triangle attack, prince play and so on.
Coaches will use these skills and tactics flexibly in actual competitions, and arrange and organize corresponding offensive and defensive tactics according to their own (team's) situation.
