1. Ingredients: 250g mushrooms, 100g shredded pork, 100g garlic sprouts, appropriate amount of June fresh bean paste, appropriate amount of green onion, ginger and garlic.
2. Cut the garlic sprouts into small pieces within one centimeter and cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
3. Boil the mushrooms in boiling water for about 90 seconds, remove and drain, and set aside shredded pork.
4. Heat 60% of the oil, first add the onion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry the shredded pork until the shredded pork turns white, then add an appropriate amount of soybean paste and stir-fry over low heat.
5. After the sauce is stir-fried, add garlic sprouts/mushrooms and stir-fry with light soy sauce to enhance the flavor. Add an appropriate amount of water and cook for 3 minutes.
6. Pour the hot marinade on the noodles and you can eat.
