1. Cut the pumpkin, take out the pumpkin seeds, peel and wash them, cut them into thin slices, put them in a wide basin, steam them in a steamer for about 13 minutes until they are cooked, insert them with chopsticks, and gently insert the pumpkin slices to show that they are cooked (you can also put them in a microwave oven for 6 minutes, using special dishes suitable for microwave ovens).
2. Prepare enough glutinous rice flour. Due to the different water stored in pumpkin, the dosage of glutinous rice flour may be different. If glutinous rice flour is not enough, you can add a little flour to knead the flour. However, pumpkin pie with flour is not so soft and waxy, and its taste is slightly hard. The most effective method is to add pumpkin puree into glutinous rice flour spoonfuls, then add it and knead it evenly. In this way, there will be no embarrassing situation that glutinous rice flour can't agglomerate after being used up.
3. Pour the steamed pumpkin into a large basin, add sugar while it is hot, and mash it with a tool or spoon.
4. Add glutinous rice flour several times, and stir evenly while adding it, and it becomes a smooth dough. When it feels as soft as an earlobe, stop adding glutinous rice flour.
5. Put the dough on the chopping board and knead it as much as possible, so that the pumpkin pie tastes soft and waxy. Add a little baking powder, knead until the baking powder absorbs the dough evenly, put the kneaded dough into a basin, cover it with plastic wrap and let it stand for about 15 minutes.
6. Take out the black sesame powder, put it in a bowl, add honey, a little milk or warm water and mix well.
7. Knead sesame powder into a uniform small dough and set it aside.
8. Take out a small piece of pumpkin noodles, round them, press a nest in the middle with your thumb, and add sesame stuffing.
9. Fold the four sides and wrap them, then round them.
