How to stew white soup from pig's feet
Ingredients: 5g of pig's feet, 3g of soybeans, 5g of salt, 1g of ginger and 1g of onion
Method/step
1. Soak soybeans for more than an hour in advance, and soak them for later use.
2. Wash the pig's feet with clear water, cut them into large pieces, add water to the pot, put the pig's feet in the pot with cold water, cook for three minutes to remove the blood, and then take them out and wash them for later use.
3. Take a casserole, pour the boiled pig's feet, 3g of soybeans, 1g of scallions and 1g of ginger slices, and add water until the pig's feet are covered (add as much as possible).
4. After the casserole is boiled, turn to low heat for 1 hour, add 5 grams of salt, and cook for 2 minutes. The pig's feet can be easily pierced through with chopsticks, and the pig's feet stewed with soybeans can easily stew the soup white, which is delicious and nutritious.
5. The pig's feet soup stewed with low fire is fresh and tender. Remember not to stew with high fire, and cook the pig's feet in advance, so as to remove the fishy smell and blood.
