Ingredients: palm treasure, soy sauce, starch, salt, cooking wine, fresh and dried tea and oil.
1. Put the salt, starch, soy sauce and cooking wine in the palm of your hand for half an hour, then filter out the water with a sieve and dry it as much as possible.
2. Dry fresh tea. There is so much oil in the oil pan that it is slightly smoky. Pour in the tea leaves and stir gently with a shovel.
Soon the tea leaves will turn dark brown, hard and brittle. Take it out, skim off the oil and put it on a plate to lay a solid foundation.
4. Then, put the marinated palm treasure in the pot and fry until golden brown (5- 10 minutes).
5. Finally, filter the oil in the palm and put it on the freshly loaded tea.
