Ingredients: eggs, milk, sugar, salt, yeast powder, flour, peanut oil.
Step 1: Add 200 ml of pure milk, one egg, 3 grams of salt, add 50 grams of white sugar, and stir evenly.
Step 2: While stirring, slowly add 400 grams of flour in batches. The amount of flour can be adjusted appropriately according to the softness and hardness of the dough. Stir the flour into a fluffy shape and then start kneading the dough. Unfold the dough and add 5 grams of yeast powder, add 40 grams of peanut oil, and continue to knead the dough.
Step 3: Cover the basin with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place to ferment until the dough doubles in size.
Step 4: Divide the dough into four equal parts, roll it into a dough ball, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then put the dough roll into a baking pan, cover it with aluminum foil, and put the baking pan into a preheated and powered-off oven for a second fermentation until twice the size of the original roll (this will make the fermentation faster, you can also fermented at room temperature).
Step 5: When the rolls have fermented to twice their original size, take the baking sheet out of the oven and reheat the oven. After preheating, put the baking sheet into the oven and bake at 175 degrees. 30 minutes. During the last 5 minutes, remove the aluminum foil from the baking sheet.
