1. When stewing kidney beans, it depends on what they are stewed with. It is usually stewed with potatoes, so as long as the potatoes are cooked, the kidney beans will be ready, usually about 15 minutes.
2. Burning cloud beans is faster, but stewing them is a little more complicated.
3. Dry the washed beans.
4. Add 8 minutes of hot oil until the skin of the beans becomes wrinkled and remove the oil.
5. Leave the remaining oil in the pot and sauté the garlic slices, ginger shreds and pork shreds until fragrant.
6. Add the cut carrot slices and kidney beans and stir-fry together.
