Tools/raw materials: beef, pot, onion, celery, parsley, shredded ginger, spoon, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, oyster sauce, cooking wine, starch, salt, sesame, cumin, edible oil, plastic wrap, baking tray, oven, tin foil and black pepper.
1. Prepare 600g beef and cut the beef into 2mm thick slices against the grain.

5. According to the cut shape, slices are generally suitable for baking tray, and the baking time is related to the thickness of beef. Preheat the oven to 2 10 degree and bake for 13 minutes. Spread tin foil on the baking tray, spread the beef evenly and sprinkle with a little onion, cumin and black pepper.
