Produced in Dabie Mountain tea area in western Anhui, among which the products produced by Lu 'an, Jinzhai and Huoshan counties are the best. Lu' an melon slices are picked every spring, and the tea is melon-shaped, hence the name, green in color, high in fragrance, sweet and fresh in taste and resistant to brewing. This tea can not only relieve summer heat, quench thirst and produce fluid, but also has strong digestive and therapeutic effects. In Tea Notes of the Ming Dynasty, Wen Long said that Lu 'an tea is the most effective medicine, so it is regarded as a treasure.
Soaking method: Generally, the melon slices are brewed twice. First, the tea leaves are moistened with a little water. Of course, the water temperature is generally 80℃ because the leaves of spring tea are tender. If the tea leaves are brewed at 100℃, the tea leaves will be damaged, the tea soup will turn yellow, and the taste will become bitter and astringent. "Shake the fragrance" can give full play to the tea aroma and fully dissolve the contents in the tea soup.
2. Introduction of Taiping Monkey Kui: It is produced in Monkey Pit area of Taiping Lake in Taiping County, Anhui Province (now changed to huangshan district, Huangshan City), and it is the best kind of tea with a long-standing reputation. The appearance of Taiping Monkey Head is two leaves holding buds, flat and straight, naturally stretching, and white hair is concealed. It is known as "Monkey Head has two pointed ends, and it does not spread or curl". The leaves are pale green and even, and the veins are green and hidden red, commonly known as "red silk thread". Gao Shuang flowers, sweet taste, fragrance has a unique "monkey rhyme". The soup is green and clear. As the saying goes, "the first bubble is fragrant, the second bubble is strong, and the fragrance of three bubbles and four bubbles still exists."
Soaking method: Monkey Kui, when the water is cool to about 80 degrees, carefully put it in one by one with a photographer, and watch it quietly. After being moistened by the water, the bud leaves slowly stretch out, showing a flower shape, rising and falling, and the light green is bright and pleasing to the eye. The taste is delicious, with the fragrance of orchids, thick and fresh, sweet and fragrant.
3. Introduction to Huangshan Mao Feng: Huangshan Mao Feng is produced in the beautiful Huangshan Mountain in Anhui Province, China Province. The shape of the tea is tender and flat, with many peaks and smooth color. The fog in the brewing cup is light around the top, the taste is mellow and sweet, and the fragrance is lasting.
Mao Feng's soaking method: Huangshan Mao Feng uses the "investment method", that is, first put the tea and add water to 1/3 of the capacity, and then make it full when the tea is stretched. Drink until there is still tea soup in the cup 1/3, and then add water, which is called boiling water two and boiling water three.
4. Qimen Black Tea: Qimen Black Tea, referred to as "Qihong", is produced in Qimen County, Anhui Province, southwest of Huangshan Mountain. Qi Hong is a leader in black tea and has won many international and national gold medals. It is as famous as "Darjeeling" in India and "Ufa" in Sri Lanka, and has been praised as "the three famous teas with high fragrance in the world". Because it is mainly produced in Qimen County, Anhui Province, it was named after a special fermentation process when the tea was first made, which caused the tea soup and the bottom of the tea leaves to be red.
