Cut each section into cucumber rolls with moderate width and thickness like an apple, and remove the pulp. Marinate with salt for a while. When the cucumber is drained, add sugar, vinegar and monosodium glutamate, and finally add two spoonfuls of Chili oil.
This cold cucumber tastes more crisp than ordinary peeled cucumber, tastes sweet and sour, and has the taste of Chili oil. It is better to chill it in the refrigerator a little before serving.
Sweet and sour cucumber:
1。 Cut the cucumber in half, then cut it into strips, cut it into cuboids and put it in a PP bowl.
2。 Add the right amount of sugar, in fact, you can put more and then put it in the freezer.
3。 Leave it for an hour or two and almost all the sugar will melt. At this time, there will be some salty cucumber water in the bowl, which is delicious and sweet, with the coolness of cucumber. You can drink it or keep it, as you like.
4。 When you want to eat, take out the cucumber, add a proper amount of recreational vinegar and mix it with chopsticks.
Cucumber made by this method is sweet and sour. Of course, cucumber can also be cut into pieces instead of strips, depending on personal preference.
