1.Prepare materials:fresh prunes, white sugar or rock sugar, a little salt.
2.Wash the prunes with water several times, then soak them in lightly salted water for ten or twenty minutes (to kill insects and sterilization).
3. Pour off the salt water, rinse a little, put the prunes into a pot, add water, add white sugar/icing sugar as appropriate according to personal taste, and start cooking.
4. When the water in the pot boils, turn to medium-low heat and continue to cook for more than twenty minutes (during which time you can use a spoon to remove the top layer of foam).
5. Cook until the soup is sweet and sour, remove from the pot, let cool, and serve.
6. If you don't finish it, you can put it into a pre-prepared container and put it into the refrigerator for better consumption.
