Give everyone a recipe for fried oil cakes.
1. Hot noodles, can you see the difference between hair and noodles? Hot noodles, right? You mix noodles with boiling water, add water and stir. When it cools slowly, knead it into dough, half of which is hot, cover it with gauze, and then use the hot noodles to make oil cakes.
2. Put the dough on the chopping board, put some oil on it, flatten it, roll it out with a rolling pin, and poke a hole in the middle. Knead the dough together with the scalded noodles into small dough, let it wake up for ten minutes before frying.
3. Pour the right amount of cooking oil into the pot. I hate soybean oil. It stinks when fried. I still want to fry with rapeseed. After the oil is hot, put it into a hot oil pan, and gently press the surface of the oil cake with chopsticks to make the oil cake evenly heated. Just don't burn it too hot or medium fire.
4. Turn the oil cake over and fry until both sides are golden. After taking out of the pot, put it aside to control the oil temperature and eat it quickly. The delicious oil cake is made of two layers of skin with a little pulp in the middle.
5. Add some shredded carrots, and shredded potatoes will stir-fry some rose pickles and wild vegetables. If conditions are good, you can buy a piece of bacon and have a good meal.
