The authentic method of making fresh pepper oil is as follows:
Tools/materials: vegetable oil, peppercorns, mace, water, hair dryer, tin foil, pots, spoons.
1, peppercorns with water to wash twice, control the water.
2, air dry or blow dry with a hair dryer.
3, pour the oil into the peppers.
4, sealed with tin foil (you can use a plate without tin foil) on the pot to steam, the pot opened and steamed 30 minutes off the heat.
5, strain the oil out.
