How to stir-fry bracken?
Pinch off a small piece of pork belly, three peppers (not spicy) and bracken, and fold all the others into sections. Don't cut them with a knife.
Blanch bracken in water, remove and drain.
Stir-fry pork belly to get oil, then stir-fry red pepper and bracken.
Add a little water to stew, then season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar.
