How to make spicy balsa fish fillet:
, prepare chopped green onion, ginger and garlic, pepper, chili powder (afraid of spicy with half a spoonful of bean paste instead), peanut rice (I just happen to have only crushed peanuts), white sesame seeds (do not use if you do not have it)
, a piece of balsa fish, thawed naturally!
, thawed to still a little hard when sliced (easy to knife)
, completely thawed after a spoonful of cooking wine, marinated for ten minutes.
, the domestic boiling water, put the balsa fish fillet in batches, cook about 2 minutes to brown on the fish, do not turn too much during the period, it is easy to loose!
, boiling oil, once burst pepper, ginger and garlic minced!
, balsa fish fillet sprinkled with black pepper, chopped green onion, peanut rice, sesame seeds, chili powder (I used soybean paste, so this step is not)
, popping hot oil drizzled on, and then add two tablespoons of vinegar, 1/3 tablespoon of sugar, 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce!
, stir and enjoy! People who love spicy food, I personally recommend using chili powder!
