Ingredients: 250g pumpkin, 50g rice and a little sugar.
Exercise:
(1) First steam the pumpkin, mix it with steamed pumpkin juice, and mash it into pumpkin paste;
(2) Add a proper amount of water to the rice cooker, cook for 3 minutes on high fire, add pumpkin puree and stir until it boils again, and continue to cook for 15-20 minutes on low fire.
Red dates and black rice porridge
Raw materials: 500g of black rice, 0/50g of sugar/kloc-,0/00g of red dates/kloc-and 50g of medlar.
Method: (1) Wash the black rice, put it in a pot, add water, red dates and medlar, and cook for about 20 minutes (the electric cup takes a long time). Features: rich nutrition, nourishing yin and kidney, nourishing stomach and warming liver, improving eyesight and promoting blood circulation, etc.
(3) The simplest is millet porridge.
