Method for frying vermicelli
1. Remove the roots from the green onions, wash them and cut them into pieces. Wash the vermicelli and cut into diamond-shaped slices.
2. Enlarge the flour into a bowl, add a little water to make a thick paste, beat in the eggs, add chopped green onion, ginger powder, black sesame seeds and monosodium glutamate, and mix well.
3. Pour the sliced vermicelli into the batter and mix well, so that each slice is stained with batter.
4. Heat the wok over a large fire, pour in the vegetable oil, and when it is 50% hot, add a little vermicelli (stir-fry in the wok for a few times), quickly spread it out, remove it until it is golden yellow, drain it, and put it on the plate.
5. Put the spicy soy sauce in a small dish and serve it with the fried vermicelli.
