Put the tomatoes in a bowl, then prepare a pot of boiling water, pour it on the tomatoes, soak them for tens of seconds, and then you can easily peel them. Everyone can eat as much as they want without worrying about the skin.
Peel the tomatoes, cut into thin slices, and then cut into small pieces. Prepare 3 eggs, break them into a bowl, then add an appropriate amount of salt and mix well with chopsticks.
Start cooking by pouring oil into the pot. There could be a little more oil. Heat oil thoroughly. Tips
1. There are a lot of ripe tomatoes now. They look red in appearance, but the taste is very sour. It is not delicious to fry directly with eggs, so you can add a small amount of white sugar to make the taste less sour. More delicious.
2. Adding a little salt to fried tomatoes will make them produce juice quickly, and the juice will be more. Do not add water when frying tomatoes. Adding water will dilute the flavor of tomato juice and make it unpalatable.
