Materials : one white radish, about 500 grams, two taels of portobello mushrooms, 2 sweet corn.
Seasoning: soy sauce, peanut oil, a little green onion, a little salt.
How to do:
1. Peel and wash the white radish, cut into small pieces.
2. Radish cut into hobnail pieces with rabbit meat into the boiling water blanch, fish out of the cool.
3. First use boiling water to cook the sweet corn until half-cooked.
4. Use a medium-sized saucepan to hold half a pot of water, add sweet corn when the water boils, and add mushrooms when the corn is almost cooked.
5. Cook until browned and then add the white radish, and cook for another 15 minutes or so, and then season with a little salt and sprinkle with a little chopped green onion.
