How to make walnut oatmeal cookies
1. Cut the butter into small pieces of about 1cm and refrigerate until ready.
2. Soak oats in 3/4 milk and set aside.
3. Mix Part A and sieve.
4. Roast fragrant walnut kernels at 150 degrees for 10 minutes.
5. Pour the butter cubes into Part A, knead with both hands and mix until finely pulverized.
Crush the walnut kernels, add them, and stir.
Add oat milk and stir.
Add the remaining milk and stir.
6. Stir to moisten.
7. Use two spoons to scoop the drippings onto the baking sheet, serving six.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees for 8 minutes, then bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
8. Crisp and walnut-flavored.
