Surface characteristics of pumpkin
The surface of pumpkin is like a lantern. There are two kinds of pumpkins, orange and cyan, which are oblate or irregular gourd-shaped. Due to the different shapes of varieties, the epidermis usually has several longitudinal grooves. There are many kinds of seeds in it, and the color is gray. Pumpkin leaves are ovoid or broadly ovoid, about 12-25 cm long and 20-30 cm wide, densely covered with yellow-white fluff, usually with white spots on the top, light on the back, and densely toothed on the edge. Pumpkin flowers is monoecious, and they are all single. The calyx tube of male flowers is bell-shaped with strip lobes, about 1 ~ 1.5 cm long, and the upper part will be exaggerated into the shape of leaves. Corolla is yellow, about 8 cm long, with 5 cracks in the middle, and the edge will roll back. The female flower has a short style with three stigmas.
