Candidates log in to official website and open the home page of the college entrance examination online volunteering system. After carefully reading the online volunteering instructions, click the box on the right "I have carefully read and understood the volunteering instructions", enter the admission ticket number and password, enter the 4-digit color number displayed on the right in the verification code input box, and click the "Login" button to enter the volunteering page.
University application
1. Click on the volunteer menu to display the volunteer page.
2. Candidates enter the organization code according to the "Sample Form of Volunteer Examination Paper for College Entrance Examination in Guizhou Province in 2023" that I filled in in advance, and carefully check whether the name of the organization is correct.
3. Click the "Check the correctness of institution code" button to enter the next page.
4. If the volunteer form is incomplete, the system will prompt you to fill in the batch and volunteer, click "Cancel" to return to fill in the institution code again, and click "OK" to give up the unfilled volunteer.
5. Candidates confirm the name of the institution in the page and choose the major of each institution.
6. If you find that the institution code is wrong, please click the "Return to Institution Code Input" button.
7. If you don't fill in the volunteer when entering the college code, the major selection page will prompt the volunteer to "voluntarily give up" in red eye-catching font. Candidates should carefully confirm whether to give up their volunteers. If there are any omissions, please click the "Return to College Code Input" button to modify it.
8. If there are more than one enrollment professional category in the same batch, the professional category drop-down box will be displayed after the name of the institution. Please select the major category first, and then select the major name under this category. In the voluntary reporting system, each institution has only one institution code, which can correspond to different professional categories. A volunteer can only choose one institution and one major category.
9. Art candidates should choose the professional category according to the qualification of the art professional examination when filling in the parallel volunteers of art. Different majors in the same institution can fill in different volunteers, or they can fill in multiple majors in multiple institutions.
10. After the institutions and majors are filled in correctly, please click the "Major Selection Complete" button below to enter the volunteer confirmation page.
1 1. Candidates should check their volunteers repeatedly on the volunteer confirmation page to ensure that they are correct. If errors are found during the inspection, please click the "Return to Major Selection" button at the bottom of the page to correct them.
12. Please click the "Volunteer Submission" button at the bottom of the page after you have confirmed your volunteering. Enter the login password again in the voluntary submission confirmation dialog box to complete the voluntary submission (if the sports and art undergraduate colleges and universities cannot submit at the same time).
13. After the submission is completed, the following prompt appears, indicating that the candidate volunteered to fill in the form successfully.
