Ingredients: 15g crab, 1 onion, 1 small piece of ginger, 4 garlic cloves and 2 tbsp vinegar.
Steps:
1. Crabs are very big.
2. Rinse with clear water.
3. Put your abdomen up.
4. Add chopped green onion and ginger slices.
5. Add salt.
6. Put a proper amount of salt into each abdomen, so as to taste.
7. Bring to a boil and steam for 15 minutes.
8. Mix minced garlic, vinegar and light soy sauce together and dip them in the juice.
