This is the first time that you will find a braised sea cucumber in the market. strong>Making steps:
First step: soak the sea cucumber, wash and set aside.
Step 2: Boil water, add green onion and ginger slices, when the water boils, pour in the sea cucumber and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to deodorize. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes, then fish out the sea cucumber, drain and set aside.
Step 3: Add 100g of oil in a wok, add chopped scallions and simmer over low heat until the scallion whites become golden.

Step 5: Fish out the sea cucumber and set aside, leaving the broth not over the sea cucumber, soak for 5 minutes.
Step 6: Start a pan with shredded scallion oil and green onion, add soy sauce, fish out the sea cucumber and put it in the pan to cook for 5 minutes, add 5 grams of salt and 10 grams of sugar.
Step 7: 5 minutes after the sea cucumber shrinks most of the time when thickening, water starch in three times to add thickening, three times dripping three spoons of green onion oil, you can get out of the pot.
Tips:
The sea cucumber will melt away when it meets the oil, so be careful when you put it.
