Ingredients:
-6 eggs
-6 cups of water
-2 tablespoons of black tea leaves
-2 tablespoons of five-spice powder
-2 tablespoons of cumin
-2 star anise
-2 slices of coriander
-2 pieces of dried chili pepper
- 2 small slices of ginger
- 1 big seasoning

Steps:
1. Boil the eggs until cooked, remove the shell and set aside.
2. In a large pot, add 6 cups of water, add black tea leaves, five-spice powder, cumin, star anise, allspice, dried chili peppers, ginger, Chinese seasoning, _, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and bring to a boil.
3. Put the hard-boiled eggs into the marinade, the marinade covers the eggs.
4. Cook slowly over low heat for about 1-2 hours.
5. Turn off the heat and allow the tea eggs to fully and slowly soak in the marinade so that the flavor penetrates into the eggs.
6. Serve the tea eggs once they have cooled down.

-Soy sauce in moderation
-1 rock sugar
-2 star anise
-1 piece of tangerine peel
-1 teaspoon of five-spice powder
-2 dried chili peppers

Steps:
1. Boil the water first, add the eggs and cook until 7 maturity first, put them into the cool water and wait for use.
