Two steps:
1. Give the duck meat in the supermarket to Auntie, chop it up, wash it and blanch it (add cooking wine and ginger to remove the fishy smell when blanching), and drain it for later use.
2. Put the oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add the bean paste and stir-fry the red oil. Then add cinnamon, fragrant leaves and pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Stir-fry the drained duck, add some salt and soy sauce, and then add water to stew.
4. After the meat is cooked, add the pepper and ginger slices, stir-fry evenly, collect the juice over high fire, and start the dish.
