2. The time-saving step is coming. After the dough is alive, it doesn't need to be put in a basin to wake it up. Take the dough to the chopping board and knead it flat. Sprinkle some dry flour first to prevent the dough from sticking to the chopping board.
3. Next, prepare a large rolling pin and roll the kneaded dough into rectangular dough.
4. After rolling, first put some cooked oil on the top of the dough, and sesame oil can also be used. Then sprinkle with salt, pepper powder and spiced powder and evenly spread. Some friends also like to put salt and pepper powder and this seasoning according to their own preferences. Put whatever you want. Finally, add chopped green onion, carrot, diced ham and minced meat.
5. Next, cut the dough into strips of equal width with a knife.
6. Stack the three cut dough pieces together, then cut into squares with the same size, and finally stack the squares together, which is particularly simple and time-saving.
7. Prepare a pan, first brush a layer of cooked oil on the bottom of the pan, and then put the rolling noodles directly into the pan. Don't put the dough too tightly because the volume will double after fermentation.
8. Cover the pot and wake the rolls 15 to 20 minutes. Many friends said that the dough was not fermented. Is this proofing useful? I can tell you for sure that there is no problem at all. When the weather is high in summer, it will wake up quickly, and the longer the time, the better. This will make the rolls softer, and you can also sprinkle some black sesame seeds on them, which will taste better.
9. After the volume of the flower roll is obviously increased, it can be fired and fried at this time.
10, fry over medium heat. After frying until the bottom is golden, add water 150 ml along the edge of the pot. Remember not to add this water in the middle, so as not to drip on the flower roll. Cover the lid, turn on a small and medium-sized flashlight and dry the water. Turn off the fire when the water is dry, and the roll can be made!
