Basically speaking, wine can be categorized into seven types:

Red, white, and rosé wines can be further divided into 3 types according to their characteristics and taste:

1, SWEETWINE

Before the sugar is completely turned into alcohol, fermentation is stopped to make the wine taste sweet, and most of these wines are white. In addition, when making this type of wine, the grapes are usually harvested later, allowing them to over-ripen, so that the wine can contain more sugar, and its sweetness comes entirely from the natural sugar in the grapes. However, there are some secondary sweet wines where the sugar comes from artificial additions.

2. DRYWINE

After full fermentation, the sugar in the wine is completely turned into alcohol, leaving no sweetness.

3. MIDIUMWINE

The process of making MIDIUMWINE is in between dry and sweet.

The above is usually called table wine (TABLEWINE) also known as static wine (STILWINE).

Red wine is also a kind of alcohol. It should be consumed in moderation in daily life, not too much. Besides being expensive and not to be consumed in large quantities, drinking too much red wine is a burden to one's liver. Most red wines are made from dark-colored grapes, as this is only one kind of wine, and there are also transparent and colorless wines.
