Sowing: After the seeds are soaked, you can sow. Bean sprouts are different from other vegetables. We don't recommend planting bean sprouts in soil, because the density of bean sprouts is high and it is difficult to manage them in soil. There are two sowing methods. We can put the seeds directly on the water, just pour some soil into the container and cover them with some mulch. Or we can take a basket, spread some wet paper towels on the bottom of the basket, put the seeds on the paper towels, cover them with wet paper towels, and put the basket in a dark place.
Temperature: Bean sprouts are still very good, but there are some requirements for temperature, which will affect the growth of bean sprouts. When we started sowing, the seeds had just recovered, and the temperature could be controlled at about 18 degrees. Too high temperature is not conducive to seed germination. Be sure to water it once after planting, and then water it once in the morning and once in the evening. If our time permits, we'd better water them every five hours. Harvest: You can harvest the bean sprouts when you see them grow real leaves. It takes about a week from sowing to harvesting. We must harvest them in time. Bean sprouts grow quickly. If they are not harvested in time, their roots will easily age. If you harvest it again, the taste will be greatly reduced.
