Scented pig, a mammal of the genus Pig in the family of Porcidae of the order Artiodactyla, is also known as turnip pig and pearl pig.
The body is short and small, covered with soft downy fine hairs, which are glossy and sparse, varying from breed to breed, with coat colors such as all-black, flower-white, and brownish-brown. The four legs are short and thin, and the tail is small; the hair at the end of the tail is white, and the all-black ones have the six-white characteristics of four hooves white, eyebrow white, and tail tip white. Because of its bimonthly weaned piglets without milky odor, so the name.
The fragrant pig is distributed in China's Guizhou Province, such as Congjiang, Rongjiang, Jianhe, Leishan, etc., and there are artificial breeding in Dushan, Libo, Sandu and Pingtang in Guizhou. Fattening performance
In the countryside, fattening pigs are mostly weaned at 60-70 days of age on the trough, generally using the "hanging frame" way of fattening to the green roughage, only in the latter part of the fattening when the feed concentrate.
