6. Pour out the wine and squeeze the grapes in the altar with a prepared clean gauze until all the liquid is extracted. The wine should be placed in a glass vessel, never use plastic vessels, otherwise the wine inside a plastic smell, all bad.
7. The wine settles for two or three days, then you can drink it. Not very sweet, wine taste sweet, wine color red. The sugar has been converted into alcohol through "desugarization" (which is said to be the term used in the brewing industry).
