Exercise:
1. Wash and drain ribs+add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce+1 spoon of oyster sauce+half a spoon of soy sauce+1 spoon of wine+1 spoon of minced garlic?
2. Add some sugar and salt, and add some black pepper.
3. Add three spoonfuls of corn starch, stir well and marinate for 30 minutes.
4. When the oil temperature is high, pour in the ribs, fry them until they are slightly yellow, take them out and fry them again until they are crisp. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
