Introduction
Scones are delicious, easy to make, and so pleasant to eat for breakfast or as an afternoon tea snack with a cup of black tea.
Materials
Low-gluten flour?500g, unsalted butter?150g, sugar 70g, salt 6g, plain unsweetened yogurt?150g, whole egg?1, egg yolk (for brushing the top of the scone) 1, baking powder?15g, raisins or any kind of dried fruit?150g.
Methods
Low flour + baking powder + unsalted cream Grasp well with your hands and make fine granules.
Add sugar and salt and mix well, then add sugar free Yogurt, and whole egg, scrub well with hands, (not knead the dough).
Add the raisins and mix well with the dough by pressing.
Roll the dough to a thickness of about 2 centimeters, and then you can use the model to press out the shape you like.
Place the dough on a baking sheet, brush the top with egg yolk mixture, preheat the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
The dough is ready.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
